2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • A refund request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)

5. Refund Approval

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider


6. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is approved due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will be borne by primale.shop

  • For other cases, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
